gallbladderOver half a million people will get their gallbladder removed this year in America alone. And you are one of the hundreds of thousands who are asking about gallbladder after surgery complications.

I applaud your courage to question if removing an organ is the right thing for you. Unfortunately, many doctors do not think twice about recommending patients to get their gallbladder removed. Because of the popularity of many surgeries, like laparoscopic, many people think removing their gallbladder is a pretty simple procedure. Though the procedure is not very risky, the complications after surgery can be very risky and sometimes fatal.

Here are some facts you should know before you get your gallbladder removed.

Gallbladder Removal Facts

Gallbladder surgery is a very commonplace procedure now days. Unfortunately, there are also many complications that can and will arise from this procedure. Here some things you should know before removing your organ, the gallbladder.

1. Doctors have their own way of treating people. Surprisingly, some doctors are now recommending a gallstone flush before surgery. Because of the research and success behind natural health, many doctors would like their patients to try to flush their gallstones before resorting to surgery. You will read why in a moment.

2. Recent longitudinal studies have shown that patients who remove their gallbladder are more at risk for 2 types of cancer. Both bowel and colon cancer are more likely to occur to those who remove their gallbladder.

3. Gallbladder complications occur every day. In fact, if you Google ‘gallbladder surgery complications’ you will find more than 402,000 sites that shown relevant information about these problems. Most of the problems deal with patients dealing with intense stomach pain, diarrhea and nausea that can last up to 2 years. This is partially because your body is adjusting to a missing organ. Some doctors may call this postcholecystectomy syndrome.

4. Other complications after surgery include: severe inflammation or infection of bile duct (cholangitis), inflammation of the abdominal lining (peritonitis), injury to bile duct, injury to small intestine by one of the instruments used during surgery, injury to the cystic duct, bile leakage to abdominal cavity, gallstones being pushed further into bile duct and liver being cut. All of these risks are small but can result in devastating pain and further complications.

5. Natural health researchers brag that almost all gallstones can be passed painlessly with simple natural remedies that flush the bile ducts which flush the gallstones. Unfortunately, most doctors will not even consider a natural remedy because they were not taught natural health in medical schools. Unfortunately, this is because multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical companies have contracts with most medical schools and hospitals.

Is There Another Option?

Gallbladder after surgery complications are a very serious issue. If you intend for living more than 15 longer, the smarter treatment would be to try a natural treatment to painlessly flush your gallstones before surgically removing your gallbladder. Surgery should only be a last resort!

Of all the different types of warts, plantar warts (also known as foot warts) are usually the most commonly found on the bottom of the foot. The term plantar refers to the “sole of the foot.” The medical name for plantar warts is verruca plantaris or verruca.

This type of warts occurs as small lesions on the sole of the foot that resembles a cauliflower, with tiny black specks in the center.

They have a tendency to group up as they grow. When these warts grow in clusters, they are called mosaics. They are called this way because of the contiguous pattern the large number of warts forms. In these mosaics there is also a center. This is a larger wart that is referred to as the mater.

Plantar warts are generally very flat. This is so because of the pressure caused by walking on them. This type of warts is generally harmless but sometimes because of the constant pressure of walking on them the warts grow back inside the foot and causes extreme pain.

They are often difficult to get rid of because typically the bulk of the warts is below the surface of the foot. Athletes and others that sweat heavily are especially susceptible to this type of warts.

A plantar wart is caused by a viral infection. The virus is called the human papilloma virus (HPV). Up to 10% of the population may be infected by this virus. This virus is also very contagious. Most infections occur on moist surfaces such as showers or swimming pools.

The human papilloma virus generally enters the body through the skin where the area is cracked or moist.

Economic sadness is telling on all but still through this lean phase, we must learn to live cleverly. Limited budget does not mean that you have to cut down on nutrition; all you need to do is act wisely. On an average, around 49% Americans eat outside food which, in fact, is a major cause of your money depletion. Calculate the amount spent on food purchased from vendors or restaurants and you shall see how expensive it actually is when compared to home-cooked food.

The majority of us hardly desire to make an attempt to cook our own foodstuff but at the ending of the month, we apologize why we exhausted so much on the pizza, the roasted turkey, or the risotto. Besides, there is another trauma lying in wait- obesity. Outside food does no good to keep your body weight in check or offer balanced nutrition. On the other hand, people often buy chips or colas when they do not want to indulge in expensive restaurant dishes. What they don’t realize is that a one dollar chips gives way to thousand dollars expense in the form of weight gain, cardiac diseases, and heart problems.

Still wondering? It’s time to hit the grocery stores and do some cooking!

Clinical nutritionists suggest a way out to keep you healthy within a limited budget. Instead of buying ready-made food, go to the grocery store every week and buy foods that promise a balanced diet instead of mere carbohydrate-rich food. Foods high in fiber content are ideal as they take longer to break-down and thus make you feel full. Such foods include sweet potato, bean, lentil, tomato, or broth-based soups, lettuce, mixed greens, and brown rice. Buy the veggies in bundles instead of pre-cut to minimize cost. Buying brown rice of the long kind is more affordable.

One of the healthiest options is to buy seasonal fruits during the fall. Seasonal fruits cost much cheaper and are rich in vitamins and anti-oxidants. Grocery stores also keep cut fruits packets that you can consume as snacks. Bringing your own lunch to office saves on calories as well as dollars.

One very basic thing that people often overlook is drinking adequate amounts of water. Do not confuse thirst for hunger; the next time you feel hungry, drink water first. The last but not the least- always plan your shopping trips and meals ahead of time to ensure you do not end up eating or spending more than required. Do not let the economic depression cast its ugly eyes on you. Be wise and stay healthy!
